We have an amazing opportunity for a Payments Support Analyst.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• 3+ years of experience in payment technologies (i.e., Postilion, Base 24,),
• Knowledge of Payments Architecture
• Acute problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Work well independently without the need for supervisor input
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement within the Payments environments
• SQL scripting to query and update database content advantageous
• Knowledge of IT best practice methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst still maintaining high levels of accuracy
• High attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Exposure to the following is also preferable:
• Microsoft SQL Server 2008 -2014, with a good understanding of advanced SQL queries
• Windows O/S experience with VM knowledge
• Good understanding of Postilion systems and the payments environment.
• Postilion Realtime experience
• Investigating production related queries as raised by business or external parties
• Ensure that communication channels are established with all clients at a technical level
• Understanding of EFT protocols and message standards such as ISO 8583
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
